Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Sales Development Representative is a big step for the Divelement team and the first hired professional of our outbound Sales operations. The Business Development Representative is adept in the functionality and use of various software coding languages and delivery functions. They will take ownership of the client’s vision and work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Solutions team to generate client interest. They will support our efforts in developing the outbound Sales best practices, participate in continuous development, and share an interest in igniting a passion for self-accountability and maintaining Divelement’s status as one of the best places to work.

You are a motivated Sales Development Representative looking to join a growing team at a dynamic Tech Consulting Startup. You understand the impact of outbound lead generation on a small organization and are skilled at identifying and engaging with prospective clients. Your goal will be to contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound lead generation or sales development
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a desire to meet and exceed monthly lead-generation goals
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies

Duties And Responsibilities
-Project Identification on Upwork:
   Search and filter projects on Upwork that align with Divelement's tech stack (e.g., React, Node.js, .NET, ML, etc.).
   Evaluate the feasibility of projects based on client requirements and Divelement's ability to meet them.
