About the Role
As an RPA Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of automation initiatives, designing and implementing scalable solutions for our clients. Beyond development, you’ll mentor other RPA developers, establish best practices, and champion the latest UiPath advancements.

Key Responsibilities
- RPA Development:
- Build and deploy robust UiPath automation solutions using best practices like reusable code libraries and modularity.
- Utilize the RE Framework and manage multi-bot setups for efficient process execution.
- Coding and Integrations:
- Develop modular code in C# .NET and write test cases to ensure high-quality automation solutions.
- Leverage tools like GitHub and GitHub Actions to manage and deploy code.
- Advanced UiPath Features:
- Work with UiPath AI Center (e.g., Document Understanding, Machine Learning models).
- Utilize UiPath Test Suite and API capabilities for enhanced automation.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor other RPA developers, sharing best practices and instituting coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to naming conventions and monitoring templates.
- Innovation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Stay updated with the latest UiPath offerings and share insights with the team.
- Act as a thought leader in RPA, helping drive Divelement’s automation strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ Years of Experience developing UiPath automations with a strong focus on reusable, modular coding practices.
- Proven expertise in C# .NET, including writing modular code and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and UiPath’s advanced tools (AI Center, Test Suite, APIs).
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is required.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, managers, and business stakeholders.
- A passion for mentoring and a knack for instituting coding standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (preferred).
