DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Synchronize activities of the Sales and Marketing teams, fostering a unified approach to revenue generation
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to drive MQL’s and SQL’s to deals won
  • Oversee and take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition of new clients to the project management team
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with the Revenue Team to identify new business opportunities and optimize the sales process
  • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to develop key customer insights and targeted sales strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand networking opportunities
  • Report on sales activity and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Mentor, coach, train, hire, retain, and lead the Sales and Customer Success portion of the Revenue team with the goal of developing a strong and unified group of client and revenue focused professionals
  • This is a quota-carrying position, you will be accountable for meeting quarterly sales team targets

Software Competency

This position will require the knowledge and experience or quick ramp in the following tools and services:

  • Hubspot
  • Figma
  • Confluence
  • Apollo

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Adminstration or a related field or experience
